Operation steps
1. Start the truck:
Turn the ignition switch to the start position and start the engine.
Check the dashboard to ensure that all indicators are normal.
2. Loading:
Drive the vehicle under the hopper and open the feed port of the hopper.
Use the on-board control system to lift the hopper to the feed position and start loading.
Control the feed speed to avoid overflow.
3. Mixing:
Start the mixing function of the mixing tank while loading or after loading.
Adjust the mixing speed and time according to the requirements of the concrete.
4. Transport:
Close the hopper and drive the vehicle to the construction site.
During driving, maintain a steady speed and avoid sharp turns and sudden braking to prevent concrete segregation.
5. Unloading:
After arriving at the construction site, park the vehicle in the designated location.
Use the tilting function of the mixing tank to unload the concrete to the designated location.
The position and speed of unloading can be adjusted by controlling the rotation direction and speed of the mixing tank.
6. Cleaning:
After unloading, wash away the remaining concrete and dirt.
Rinse the mixing tank with clean water until it is clean.
