Precautions for concrete pump

In the conveying process of concrete pump, as the pumping pressure increases, the pumping impact force will force the pipeline to move back and forth, which will not only lose the pumping pressure, but also cause the connection between the pump pipes to be subjected to impact and intermittent tension. The state of the concrete pumping machine can lead to premature failure of pipe clamps and rubber rings as well as cement slurry overflow. Therefore, the pump must be fixed.

And during the pumping process, the concrete should be supplied continuously. If it cannot be supplied continuously, the pumping speed of concrete can be slowed down. Also, when the pump is disconnected, the pump can't stop working, but lets the concrete pump every 4-5 minutes. The pump rotates forward and backward. This prevents the mixture from agglomerating or settling in the pipes. If the pumping stops for more than 45 minutes, it should be cleaned and pumped again.
