Bucket plant: The lifting hopper facilitates efficient loading and unloading of aggregates, conserving up to one-third to two-thirds of the floor space typically required by inclined belt plant.
Belt plant: The belt conveyor system is primarily designed for use with mixing plants that incorporate aggregate temporary storage bins, enhancing overall productivity. The belt station transfers the aggregate from the storage bin to the aggregate metering hopper, subsequently depositing it onto a moving flat belt after precise measurement. This flat belt then conveys the material to an inclined belt conveyor, which ultimately delivers it to the waiting hopper situated atop the mixer, ready for further processing.
When choosing a hopper plant or a belt plant, it is necessary to comprehensively consider the construction site area, production efficiency, investment cost and other aspects to select the most suitable concrete mixing station.
